Ethics of Couponing

J You should only be using one manufacturer’s coupon and one store coupon per item, max.

JIf the coupon is not for that item, do not use it.

Example: V8 splash juice is on sale, you have a coupon for V8, that is not the same product and it is not okay to use it.

JIt is okay to stock up on items, it is not okay to clear a shelf simply because you found a good deal.

JIt is great to have a stock pile of items you will use, but you do not need 415 boxes of cereal. That’s ridiculous.

JKnow your store policies on couponing but remember, you don’t always win. It is not worth losing your self-respect to save a couple of bucks.

JYou will have good coupon days and bad coupon days. Don’t beat yourself up. Brush yourself off and get back on the money saving wagon.
